Kevlar sleeves are typically used within the aerospace industry, steel industry, handling cables and couplings, collection of cans and bottles, press works, glass manufacturing, the security forces, glazing and the construction industry. Kevlar provides increased protection against cuts, slashes, and abrasion, whilst maintaining a high degree of dexterity to the wearer. The sleeves are ambidextrous and can be worn on either arm, as well as being washable or dry cleaned. The sleeve has a thumb slot which ensures that the sleeve will not slip, exposing the wrist or arm.
