Our Returns procedure works in accordance to our ISO9001 accreditation. It is a simple process whereby a collection can be requested through the online portal, telephone or email. Our customer services will arrange a collection note, which our own van driver will bring when collecting the goods. After collection, the driver will leave a signed collection note. The goods are then credited against the original order number they were supplied on. In the unlikely event of a claim for faulty goods, the product will be sent back to the manufacturer for a report before credit.
