Safpro is a UK supplier of branded workwear and PPE. For over 50 years we’ve partnered with businesses nationwide to design and deliver product ranges that reflect their brand and meet the needs of their workforce

From small family beginnings, we’ve grown into a trusted supplier for some of the UK’s biggest businesses. That history gives us stability, but we’re growing fast, and it’s our people who make the difference.

Yes — for specific roles we offer hybrid working, usually one day a week from home. We’ll confirm the exact setup during the recruitment process.
No. Attitude is everything here. We’re not worried about direct sector experience — what matters most is being proactive, reliable, and focused on customers. Skills and product knowledge can be learned, but the right mindset can’t.
Onboarding is completed within 6–8 weeks. You’ll meet the full team, work closely with a buddy, and follow a clear training plan tailored to your role. Training is a team effort — we make sure you’re supported as you learn the systems, products and processes you’ll use every day.
Absolutely. We’ve built clear progression pathways for every role, and we regularly review them with you. Many of our team have stepped up into new positions and taken on more responsibility as their careers have grown here.
