Safpro continue to be committed to the requirements of exceptional customer service and product excellence that our clients expect, and see that these aims are continually reviewed and evolved as we travel together towards even greater goals.

We operate an American customer feedback system called Net Promotor Score (NPS). This is actively promoted to our clients through our routine email communication and asks the contact to give us a score from 10 to 1 – 10 being the highest achievable score. This is then calculated at the end of the month to give us a company net score value. The individual scores are rated as follows; 9 or 10 are regarded as promotors – those contacts that actively promote/recommend your company, 7 and 8 are passive, and 6 and below are considered detractors. We use this system as a live system to monitor and manage performance.

For individual wearer feedback for key customers we periodically use a 360° feedback system. We include a card in the wearer packages we despatch which carries a QR code they can scan or a link to take them to a feedback form where they can complete questions regarding product range and service performance. This form is shared directly with Safpro and their client without any opportunity for review beforehand. This helps Safpro and its client to monitor wearer acceptance and provides valuable feedback for continuous improvement, especially regarding product.

Our customer charter states that all enquiries should be acknowledged within 60 minutes of receipt. Where an answer cannot be given immediately, then the customer is to be updated before the close of business on that day.
